STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation: Use loose leaf Yaupon or tea bags and bring water to just off boil.
• Brewing: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of leaves or 1 tea bag per cup of water.
Pour hot water over tea, Steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain or remove tea bag. Serve hot or iced.
